These Terms & Conditions govern your access to tinytrends25.in and purchases made from Tiny Trends. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. A parent or guardian should place orders on behalf of a child.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, dimensions and photographs accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches may cause reasonable colour or finish variation. Product packaging may change without notice where the product itself remains materially consistent with the listing.

Please review the product description and available specifications before purchase. Do not rely on a product for a purpose that is not stated or reasonably intended.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Any applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout. Products, prices, offers and stock availability may change without prior notice.

If a product, price or description contains an obvious error, or an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to correct the order, offer an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability. The order is accepted when payment is successfully received and the order is confirmed for fulfilment.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected or fulfilment would violate applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments are accepted online through Paytm PG. Cash on Delivery is not available. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms and security procedures. Tiny Trends will never ask you to send a password, card PIN, CVV or OTP through email or WhatsApp.

6. Guest checkout and accounts

You may use guest checkout or create an optional account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and, where an account is created, for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.

7. Shipping, cancellation and returns

Dispatch estimates, delivery timelines, shipping charges and local pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Hampers, personalised and bulk orders

Personalised or specially assembled products and hampers cannot normally be returned or exchanged after preparation has begun, except where an item supplied is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect. Bulk-order specifications, quantities, prices, production timelines and delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately in writing.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, submit false information, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Tiny Trends name, website design, original text, graphics and other brand content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission. Third-party product names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, social, analytics or other services. Tiny Trends does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability or privacy practices.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Trends will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed access, third-party services or use of a product contrary to supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, transport disruption, government action, network or power failure, labour disruption or other force-majeure circumstances. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and reduce avoidable impact.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory forum rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or website changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Terms applicable when an order was placed will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law.
